Questions, answered
Do I have to subscribe to use Who's Brew?+
No. The marketplace is built around on-demand orders. Subscriptions are optional and offered by individual roasters, not required by the platform.
How do I find coffee I will actually like?+
Use the AI search. Ask in plain language for what you want, like "bright and fruity for pour over" or "cozy medium roast for cold mornings," and it searches across every roaster by flavor, roast, origin, brew method, process, certification, and price. You can also browse by flavor notes, brew method, and origin.
Can I order from several roasters at once?+
Yes. The cart supports multiple roasters in a single checkout. You pay once, and each roaster ships its items directly with separate tracking.
What is the Coffee Passport?+
When you complete an order, the Passport stamps the origin countries in it. You fill in a world map of the places you've tried, with milestones like Explorer and World Traveler that the passport tracks as you explore. It is for the joy of exploring, not points or credit. The Passport is in beta.
How fresh is the coffee?+
Roast date or roast-to-order status is shown on every product. Roast-to-order coffees are roasted after you order. Other coffees ship within the roaster's stated handling window after roasting.
What if I do not like a coffee I tried?+
Contact the roaster through your order page. Coffee is consumable, so returns are limited, but the satisfaction guarantee process is designed to help you find a better match next time.
